Notify consumers before automated decision-making technology is used to make or materially influence a consequential decision (employment, education, housing, financial services, insurance, healthcare, government).
Provide affected consumers an explanation of adverse consequential decisions (~30 days), a right to correct the data used, and meaningful human review with authority to override; retain records for 3 years.
